Intensive outpatient Programs
Mental health or substance abuse treatment programs that provide more structure and support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require living at the treatment facility. These programs typically involve a combination of group and individual therapy sessions, often several times a week, for a few hours each session. This allows individuals to receive intensive treatment while maintaining their daily responsibilities like work or school.

Residential treatment Programs
A residential treatment program is a live-in healthcare facility that provides intensive therapy and support for individuals with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or other behavioral problems. It offers a structured, therapeutic environment with 24/7 supervision and monitoring, often as an alternative to or step-down from inpatient hospitalization.

These treatment programs offer a variety of levels of therapeutic support.
